Emily Bitton is one of Marbella’s most popular personal trainers, offering dynamic fitness and boxing sessions that blend strength training with fun. Her energetic workouts boost fitness, shape muscles, and keep things enjoyable for all levels.
Hanna van Dré is the retreat host, nutritionist, and spiritual soul behind Prana Paradise. She creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every participant feels safe and supported, turning the retreat into an unforgettable adventure in holistic well-being.
