What is Hridaya meditation? There is an essential part of you — a place beyond the personality, beyond limitations, beyond suffering, and beyond time. That essence is the spiritual heart. Hridaya meditation is a process of deconditioning that leads you back home to the heart, helping you transcend identification with the ego and its stories.

What is Hridaya Hatha yoga? You will practice Hatha yoga in a contemplative way — performing physical postures (asanas) slowly and gently, holding each one to maximize the benefits. The practice is integrated with Advaita, the non-dual vision, so that every movement deepens your intimate knowledge of the body and its bio-energies while you remain non-reactive and fully present.

About the Instructor

Paulina Gostomski first came to yoga in 2003, and yoga and meditation have been at the heart of her life ever since. She completed two 200-hour teacher trainings and in 2017 finished the 500-hour Hridaya Teacher Training. Teaching since 2012, she has guided retreats, teacher trainings, and workshops across Mexico and Europe. She holds an E-RYT 500 certification from Hridaya Yoga School and is a Yoga Alliance YACEP and E-RYT 200 / RYT 500. What inspires her most is seeing the peace and transformation these practices bring to people from all walks of life.

The Venue: Ananda Forest

Ananda Forest is set on a stunning one-and-a-half-hectare property close to Orgiva in Southern Spain — private, secluded, and alive with ancient olive trees, fruit trees, birds, and wild animals. From the top of the land, enjoy sweeping mountain views; from the lower terraces, feel nestled in a valley like the womb of Mother Earth. At the heart of the forest stands a beautiful octagonal wooden temple — the yoga hall — perfect for deep transformational sessions and blissful meditations.

Accommodation options include the Sahasrara Cabin (two private double rooms with attached bathroom), a shared wooden cabin surrounded by flowers and an ancient olive tree, a spacious bell tent (4-metre diameter glamping), and camping spots beneath the olive trees.
